RMA Procedures

If you have any quality questions about any goods supplied by Huntchip International, please contact the appropriate sales representative and provide the following documents as soon as possible to ensure that we can provide you with the most timely solution.

1. Please send a quality inspection report so that we can contact the relevant manufacturers immediately to inquire about quality issues and eliminate potential risks.

2. Huntchip committed to provide positive countermeasures and resolution process/scheme within 24 hours of receiving customer RMA request.

3. Sample testing, custoers are requested to provide sample parts that are in question or defects for Huntchiop to submit to Manufacturer or thir-party test house for testing and analysis in order to find the root cause.

4. If it is confirmed to be defective parts, Huntchip promises the customer to fully recall and refund the goods plus bear all shipping costs.
